I paint drums and guitars one at a time in Cincinnati for players, collectors, and other drum companies.

My name is Matt Siemer and I’ve played drums since I was twelve. I started painting in 2021 when a friend gave me a nice Craviotto snare and told me to do whatever I wanted with it. I first looked into metal flake and then started working with automotive paints and have gone deep down that rabbit hole.

Most of what I know I have learned from painters in the motorcycle and lowrider world who have been generous with what they know. My finishes are mostly automotive.
